In practice, we will continuously improve and strengthen quality measures, refine processes, adopt new technologies, new materials, and testing methods, enhance employee training, and take concrete measures to strictly organize production and inspection according to national standards, industry standards, and the technical conditions stipulated in contracts, ensuring that no unqualified products leave the factory.
II. Our company adheres to the product quality requirements and obligations of producers in accordance with the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China."
III. We guarantee to provide users with excellent pre-sales and after-sales service.
Pre-sales: We will provide users with detailed introductions to product performance and usage requirements, provide relevant technical documents, and act as advisors.
After-sales service: Free replacement within one year and free repair within two years (excluding damage caused by user error) are guaranteed. In the event of a quality malfunction within the warranty period, a clear response will be provided within 8 hours of receiving notification from the user requesting assistance. If on-site troubleshooting is required, professional technical service personnel will be dispatched within 24 hours for locations within 1000 kilometers and within 48 hours for locations beyond 1000 kilometers.
IV. All products of this company are covered by the "Three Guarantees" policy. If a product has a quality problem within the "Three Guarantees" period, the compensation liability stipulated in the contract will be strictly fulfilled. A certificate of conformity and product instruction manual will be provided upon delivery of the batch of products. For products exceeding the "Three Guarantees" period, repair parts will be provided, and maintenance services will be performed according to user requirements, along with a certain number of spare parts.
V. Technical training will be provided to operation and maintenance personnel based on user needs. Users will be subject to key quality tracking, and regular user follow-ups will be conducted to continuously collect user feedback on product usage and continuously improve product performance and quality.
